Dr. Rios is a visionary leader, and he has received Futures thinking certification from Stanford University and a certificate in Non-profit Leadership from Fordham University. He has proven himself to be very ambitious and highly motivated to succeed. He is charismatic and energetic, intelligent and articulate, personable, bilingual, and has numerous skills, interests, and trainings that he has been involved in for much of the past decade.

 

He has gained recognition among the Seton Hall, Rutgers, and NYU faculty as someone who awakens in both undergraduate and graduate students a desire to learn how to become effective social work professionals.
